dPict Imaging Announces nVision Intelligent Ethernet Devices
October 11, 2006, Indianapolis, IN – dPict Imaging today announced the new nVision family of intelligent network devices. nVision is a fully integrated network device for remote video streaming and capture over Ethernet. Its compact size allows it to be installed anywhere a network connection exists, whether a laptop or server.

nVision is equipped with a powerful Texas Instruments DM642 Video Processor, making it perfect for video analytics applications. It can be programmed through a comprehensive API that is common to all dPict Imaging hardware products. Applications for nVision include object tracking, license plate recognition, video server, medical imaging, or any mobile video capture solution.
