dPict Imaging Demonstrates at Image Sensing Show in Japan
May 31, 2006, Indianapolis, IN – After a successful Vision Show in Boston, MA, dPict Imaging again demonstrates a Power over Camera Link (PoCL) version of the Nexeon Camera Link frame grabber at the Image Sensing Show in Yokohama Japan from June 7th–9th. The PoCL Nexeon was on display at both the CIS and ADSTEC booths.

The PoCL initiative is a proposed enhancement to the Camera Link standard that would allow a Camera Link compatible frame grabber to supply camera power over the Camera Link cable, thus simplifying the system integration and reducing cost.
